The DIstribute 0.6.x will stay very conservative: a drop-in
replacement for setuptools with bugfixes,
and some specific new features (like the Python 3 support)
That's why it works with the same namespace (setuptools,
pkg_resources, etc) so projects can switch
with no changes.
Although the Distribute 0.7.x release will work on another namespace
(distribute. ) and will introduce brand new elements.
But both version will be installable together in the same Python (with
a fat 0.7 containing 0.6 probably so we don't have to rename the
release)
