In the pxd docs source, use "files -- they" with spaces rather than "files--they" without any in the first paragraph, so sphinx renders this correctly. The second thing: pygments has experimental support for Cython source code since some weeks' commit ago. Could you please make use of that Cython highlighter? Cython code is very hard to read when not highlighted.
