BTW, we could support this in the future (using the "annoying"
setuptool mechanism ;-) )

PS: Every body hates setuptools, but no one (before Tarek) contributed
any solution to all the issues setuptools tried to address...
Setuptool's .so|.dll extraction could be  unintuitive or seem ugly
behaviour, but if you do not like it, do not use it. No one forces you
to create or use compiled ext modules inside a zip file :-) ...
