I don't actually know exactly what the various calling conventions mean
either. The important thing is that the caller and callee have to agree
about them.

The point about unspecified calling conventions is that the default
can be changed with an option to the C compiler, so Pyrex has to be
conservative and assume that if it's not specified, then it's not
compatible with one that is specified.
