Thanks for starting to get the release notes in shape. I've posted an
alpha at http://cython.org/release/Cython-0.14.alpha0.tar.gz This is
an alpha because I hope we can get that great gdb code in before the
release (it looks good, but I'd like to have as many people test it
out as possible, and there's an issue with side-effecting the tests to
be too verbose).
