Dear Daniel, You're welcome, and if we change the spelling from Leib Druker to Leib Drucker, we learn from DiFMOE.
https://www.difmoe.eu/d/ that Leib Drucker was by no means an unknown in Czernowitz, but was a librettist of numerous (Yiddish) operettas and a book author. A whole series of newspaper articles in the 1930s provide information about this. Enjoy your research! The book is called simple "27 songs" (27 Lider) and is by Leyb Druker - perhaps a pen-name? The book appears to be signed by the poet. The printing was done by Avraham Hornik, Yanku Plonder-Gas 1. I am wondering whether anyone has heard of this poet, or knows anything about the book? I have not been able to find any information online.
