I do have another question for the group, if I may, around travel to Romania, since travel to Ukraine is not possible now, we thought of exploring some other nearby places with family connections instead. My grandfather's family had roots in Suceava and Radauti, before they moved to Czernowitz, and my father also spent the war years in Bucarest where he attended high school after fleeing Czernowitz. Do you have any recommendations for Jewish history tours / guides in those areas? I was looking at something this, https://sephardicbalkans.com/ but happy to consider other options as well. Any opinions about whether March is a good season to travel and where it is safe to rent a car vs. going with a guide/driver instead would be appreciated.
