Dear Sergiy,

The Digitization Project of the Digital Forum Central and Eastern Europe
(DiFMOE) “Jewish-German Bukovina 1918+” has most valuable information for you:

https://www.difmoe.eu

You will find six hits on Dr. Maximilian Koessler (Kössler). For the period up
to the First World War, I recommend the ANNO online newspaper archive:

https://anno.onb.ac.at/anno-suche/complex?dateMode=period&from=1

In general, you will find an excellent compilation of “Jewish Bukovina: Sources
for Genealogical and Family History Research”, which was so thoroughly compiled
by Prof. Bruce Reisch:

https://kehilalinks.jewishgen.org/sadgura/ReischToronto.html

Good luck with your research!
