Tidy but thoughtless. Unfortunately, there is still this attitude that if you toss it in the rubbish (trash for US speakers) then it is no longer your concern. Sure, things have improved¹; you are now likely to face a hefty fine for dumping oil down the drain (if you're caught) but the damage has already been done.
