We had some DNS issues yesterday, Sunday Jan. 22. Specifically, my ISP
decided to start blocking inbound port 53 requests, which immediately
hid my DNS servers from the world. They unblocked my ip address after I
complained, but then they obviously screwed something else up because
none of my internal DNS servers could get port 53 requests out to the
TLD servers.
Anyway, I went to sleep last night not being able to access the
internet, but knowing that the world was once again able to access my
servers (because I was getting mail again). Note to self: write down the
ip addresses of public dns servers in case this happens again.
Well, the point of this message is to say "if you tried to access
dabodev.com yesterday, it probably didn't work, but it should be fixed now."
