The caption displayed on the grid is initially the same as the field
name, but can be changed to whatever you like. If you look at the .fsxml
file, each field has a 'name' and a 'caption' attribute. The 'name'
*must* match the column name in the database; the 'caption' can be
anything.
But is there somewhere where we lower() the fieldname or something,
making the cursor unable to retrieve the field since the capitalization
doesn't match?
