This isn't Dabo specific; you should probably use the CSV module
that comes with Python to handle reading/writing your CSV files. And
John Fabiani, who developed the PostgreSQL adapter using psycopg, is
working on updating it for psycopg2.
I am always willing to learn anything pythonic.
