Dabo uses --bundle 1 but icons are not included into exe.
Because we deliberately exclude them, as they are part of the
framework, and the entire framework is excluded from the exe.
We don't exclude the framework from the AppWizard-generated
setup.py/buildwin.bat mechanism. We do exclude the icon resources,
however. See my prior message.
