I had downloaded the zip of it and was trying to get it to convert locally from the swf in the zip ( never did get that to work ) but I found out what the issue was. I had installed the flash player 9 beta for Linux and it throws up a security error when trying to fast forward with the scroll item on the bottom of your presentation. As far as I can tell you can't adjust the security yet from right-click/settings with the 9 beta but when I use flash player 7 scroll forward/back work fine. Thanks for the inputs all.
