Oh, but it's so obvious!
Open the Control Panel, and then open System. Go to the Advanced tab,
and click on the 'Environment Variables' button. On the lower half
(System Variables), find 'Path' and click on it. Now click the 'Edit'
button below. Add that value to the end of the string, separating it
with a semicolon. Click 'OK' several times to save the new value and
dismiss the dialog.
Now isn't that *so* much easier than editing a text file?
