        'f' is for 'function'. Open a Python script in the editor, and then

        Once you have a file open, set a bookmark somewhere in it. Now click  
again. You have other options in the menu now. It is context  
sensitive, so when you have no bookmarks, the only option is to add one.

        It is supposed to be populated by a dynamic menu that contains all  
open files, in case you have more open than can be displayed clearly  
with the tabs. There are a bunch of menu issues under Windows that  
prevented that from working correctly, so it was turned off. I suppose  
I should just remove the menu.

        No. Why would we spend time on that, when you could just use vim  
directly?
