I think its correct. First, you set window position/size, next you correct it if across the bounds. Hmm, after this patch, it works as you write it should not. Although maximized form is restored properly, repositioned forms are restored at their last positions if not across the bounds, but main form is always positioned out ouf the screen, at his right down corner. I don't know what previous code works for me and not for you, since frame position is saved only for "Normal" state frame, restoration should work as you mentioned.
