You will be asked for the location of the IDE folder when you run Web
Update. Since you can put the IDE folder wherever you like, there is
no way for Web Update to know that without you telling it.
This assumes that you are using 0.9.2: one of the major changes
moving from 0.9.1 was the way that Web Update works. If you are still
using 0.9.1, please upgrade first.
