This really seems like something we'd have noticed by now, although my

mostly single-user. Nate, can you try a simple AppWizard app against dabo
trunk? Run
two instances of it, add a record, requery the other instance type thing?
FWIW, I just tried this with two instances of an AppWizard app. After
adding a record in one instance and saving, I requeried the other instance, and
the record showed up as expected.
Nate, perhaps you should try the dual-appWizard test against your MySQL
server *and*
against Dabo's MySQL server. Could possibly help narrow things down. Perhaps
there's
an obscure server setting that results in cached data or something like that.
Definitely let us know, though. I think a bunch of us are curious now...
Paul,
Ok. I tried the dual appWizard test and I found something
interesting. The appWizard running against Dabo's MySQL server with
update fine on a requery. The appWizard running against my app's
database is not updating at all on add, edit, and delete. What engine
are the tables on Dabo's MySQL server setup as? Do they have any
indexes on them?
Regards,
Nate
