Removed the big logo on top and fixed the "Introduction" line to the top 
to still get quick access to search and use a different sidebar template.

I assume we have to get to a layout which usable for everyone and not go 
down the road of having one for large screens and one for netbooks and 
one for ............

The above still needs clean up, i.e. h1 headers don't show

The footer isn't quit right and probably some other stuff.

Does the folding/hiding of the sidebar work for everyone (different 
browsers as I just about only use/test with Firefox).
