Yes, 1.15 takes all the non /^-[DU]use\w+/ arguments from the matrix and puts
them at the top of the report.
It also fixes the problem of not reporting the configuration from Config.pm
(as long as your last *build* was successful).

I'm not convinced. By setting up mock-ups you are not testing the
