Means something completely different.  Reports the environment variable.

MacOS X is running a stock BSD ps and the switches mean different things.
You'll get similar problems on the *BSD systems.

Might have to key the switches on the $^O flag.  If its /bsd/ or
/darwin/, use -ax.
