Thanks, Jan! I actually wasn't really
accurate in my posting...Someone told me
that you shouldn't take ecchinaccea more
than 8 weeks at a time, so I had been
going off of it for short amounts of time...
But, I was unaware that Goldenseal is becoming
"endangerred" and I will only use it now when
I get sick.
