Please, have we forgotten Terri & Wanka.  Wanka killed 2 dogs with the muzzle 
on.  

IMHO this behavior will eventually transfer to humans.  Protect everyone 
including the reputation of our wonderful breed.  Do what must be done.
Preserve the wonderful memories before you have tragic ones.
