Instead, I was home alone and my mom came back very late and she had too much wine and on top of all she MADE ME MOVE from my place on the bed.... grrr... can you imagine? Pffff... no respect. But there's worse: today she left me alone for 12 hours!!! Yeah, 12!!! Can you believe that? She said she didn't have any choice, she had to make a double dip or something like that. I was soooooooo bored. I looked around the apartment for something to do, ya know, making a little mess makes time fly like they say. But those humans had put every possible thing out of reach. I did find the towel they use to wipe my feet - which I hate by the way - but I just made it fly around. I was soooo bored I didn't even feel like shredding it. I decided to sleep instead. But wait till THEY wanna get to bed!!! That's when the fun will begin for me!!! So anyway she did come home finally, and she did make me eat FINALLY. And then I told her ok mamma, that's enough, I have been a good girl all day alone by myself, I have been nice enough and patient enough with you lately, now I want to open my nice blue SS box. Please, NOW! Every other dane did it yesterday so tonight is my night, ok? Of course the crazy Internet addict she is insists on typing it all at the same time so I have to be patient. Again. ... ... ... (I am whining a little right now, just to put some pressure on her) ... ... ... Now daddy is coming in from work... another distraction... OK, here you go, lick lick, shmoush shmoush, yeah yeah I am happy to see you but NOW let's get back to business... Now I am sitting, the box is in front of me but of course I have to waaaait...... I am such a good girl, I know..... ok go! Shredding party!!!! Yeah!!! Lots of tape there, help me mom... ok I got a corner.... that darn tape is solid.... oups I got something, no time to look at that nice paper.... YIPEEE!!!!! kwik kwik that's a squeaky stuffed thingy, just like I lov'em!!!!! You can take the book mom, I guess that's for you... Thanks a lot Laura B.!!!!! I like my new toy and I liked the box too, it feels sooo great to shred something like that! And my mom really likes the book too! Now I am going on my bed to give this sparkling new stuffed baby a little "used" look.... I LOVE SECRET SANTA! Can we play again? Oh, by the way, did Jewel like the stuff she got from us???
