Prepend column numbers to column descriptions in the header of the
files.
Perhaps this is a 'partial' repository?
I find that a bit confusing. If I interrupt something, then I don't
expect an error message for some internal operation that failed.
Instead, if this is a safe point to abort, I would expect an
"interrupted!" or "interrupted while reading patch ...", but not a
suggestion about partial repositories.
