I believe this may be a bug in darcs2 (using 2.0.0.pre3). I can pull or get the repository at URL "http://neilbartlett.name/darcs/EclipseCon08/OSGiTutorial"; without any problems in darcs 1.0.9release, but it fails in darcs2.
