I realise that this is not quite what you are looking for, but maybe if you had a spare machine lying around, you could roll your own: http://wiki.darcs.net/index.html/TracOnDarcs Now if only somebody was willing to use this setup and create accounts for random strangers, a la Sourceforge. We could even think about integrating this with adsense to defray costs. I would, but my sysadmins are rightfully paranoid.
