I find that I'm wanting to add comments to tags.
darcs lets me cherry pick all my changes such that each patch is related
to a give feature or fix. My tags then are a collection of these
features/fixes. So the feature/fix set between tags is essentially the
changelog.
However my comments on a given patch tend to be more verbose than whats
really necessary for say the production change log from release to release.
So what I would like to do is add comments to a tag. These comments
would be short descriptions of what was fixed/added since the last tag.
Then the production type people don't have to wade through all my
verbosity/techno jumbo to determined what to put in their release notes.
Anyone else think thats useful for their setup? Seems like it would be
pretty easy to do since a tag is essentially just a patch. IIUC.
