Sorry to keep bugging you, Duncan, but could you suggest a quick
workaround (since you commented on the ticket above)?

The context is that we're getting a weird error when we try to compile
darcs on the Windows build slave (using the autoconf method).

Salvatore, do you have any suggestions?

I think we're fairly close to getting build slaves fixes.

If there's intermittent network failures, we should get something
working again soonish.

If there is collateral damage, I think the effort to fix that damage
would be relatively light.

- ertai - autoconf collateral (SENDMAIL)
- jules - can't darcs get? network issues?  (Jules, comments?)
- zooko - Windows and GHC 6.10 upgrade
- thorkil - Petr, you're suggesting this might be BIGENDIAN related?

If I may stall a bit, let's give ourselves at least a day to try and
sort these out.  I would have much greater peace of mind if we went
