If someone records your presentation, or you distribute the slides, then it may cease to fall under fair use. Also, while it may not be a legal fact, you could make a pretty solid case in court that all intellectual property that is part of darcs is GPL, unless otherwise stated. Finally, it's the responsibility of the copyright holder to go after violators. I think you'll be okay :) Jason
