I can, and it’s probably the simplest solution, so I just did it.
Although the links are useful...

Would it be possible to add a field to patches, darcswatch-URL, that
darcswatch can set by a mail without text (and thus without a mail to
the list), and this URL can then be displayed on the patch page?

Probably not worth the effort (at least not for me, if someone else
wants to do this: great :-))
