What if I want to use something like the team cache, but not a global
cache?  I get the impression from Darcs.Repository.Prefs.getCaches that
this sort of thing isn't possible, which is actually *fine* to me.

Shall I add this paragraph to the manual?
  
  The only way to disable the global cache is to disable the caching
  system altogether.  You can do so by adding the line ``ALL no-cache''
  to the \verb!~/.darcs/defaults! file.
