Regarding vc-darcs, I think mine at least has support for more darcs and Emacs versions. I don't know whether it still has more features, other than being FSF-assigned, which was the reason for writing it. (The original one couldn't apparently couldn't get a copyright assignment, but perhaps its code has now been totally replaced -- I don't know.) I don't like to have competing versions, of course.
