Hi David,
please open an ticket in redmine and attach the source + xmp file. The
issue looks like darktable has a wrong assumption on the image dimensions.

This is the results of applying an exposure parametric mask to a tiff
file. The same thing occurs when using any mask option ... ie. g, L, R
.etc. This was a tiff generated froma fusion.
