This is the fresh Tw install and I also use Darix's build. DT appears to
run just fine but when I started from the terminal I got the gtk
warning. I see no signs of a problem so far so I will now simply ignore
it. The warning is from dt not the o/s I think.

what version of dt?
what gtk.css do you have installed?
I am running development ver dt, darktable-2.3.0~git762.d0f618ba7-148.1.x86_64
from darix's builds and do not get that warning.
do the warnings cause you a problem?
if not, I wouldn't worry about a "fix", expecially with all the
difficulties apparently gtk present.
