The third Google search result for me with the terms "darktable mailing list" returns a blog post that refers to the non-existing SourceForge mailing list archives. I did check the devel list archives but did not think to check the user list archives. A Google search on Friday for something like 'darktable 2.4.0 macos' or similar terms did not return anything useful. I think the discussion happened after that or maybe wasn't indexed yet. I'm going to look into paying the "Apple Tax" and getting a code signing certificate. I can totally understand people not wanting to pay to sign open-source apps. However, having a signed package will make it easier for people to install. Once they see how great Darktable is, maybe we can get them to convert their OS to Linux.
