Hi,
The second menu entry in crop and rotate module is "angle".
You choose an angle (slider or keyboard) entry or you can draw a line on
the image (right-clic then move), this line will be the horizontal or the
vertical of the picture that will be rotated accordingly. This is explained
in the manual.

Orientation is for portrait / landscape orientation of the picture (or
upside-down), it rotates the image by 90° steps.
