let me repeat this, they removed features we depended on. adapting our code
means using exiv2/rawspeed/rawstudio code instead. we do that in most
places already, but out of laziness and respect for our poor users whose
cameras are not yet supported by rawspeed we didn't delete our fork of
libraw yet.
