Hi Roumano, both of your cases hardly need to go into tiling. In order to force heavy tiling on a Tahiti you will need to go for images with 5000x5000 pixels or higher. If the images in your example are of a typical size for your workflow, you can safely let opencl_use_pinned_memory at its default FALSE.
