Hi David,

this is bug in NVIDIA's OpenCL compiler in combination with certain 
GPUs. There is even a workaround in our CL code that was functional for 
many users. Now it seems that even this workaround tends to fail.

I reported that bug to NVIDIA already months ago and they confirmed it. 
As I did not get further feedback from them I hope they have fixed the 
issue in current drivers.

As I have none of the affected GPUs I can't test by myself. My best 
suggestion would be to upgrade to a more recent version of the NVIDIA 
driver. Yours is quite outdated.
