Hi, I'm not sure which part you have difficulty with. Demosaic /colour smoothing is on the basic operations tab. Profiled denoise you already know. Sharpening you know as a well. Raw denoise too. Colour profile you can switch using the input colour module.
Note: I don't care much about luma noise, I prefer graininess over overly smooth appearance.
