Hi Riley, I had MESA open source OpenGL drivers running with the closed OpenCL client on a MSI rx480. Darktable worked flawlessly with this.
Here is a description how to do it in OpenSUSE. http://www.gearsongallium.com/?p=2960 Maybe, you can adopt this for Fedora or find a blog that describes Fedora specific things.
