put both in one directory and run:

Opencl enabled:
darktable-cli bench.SRW test.jpg --core -d perf -d opencl

Opencl disabled:
darktable-cli bench.SRW test.jpg --core --disable-opencl -d perf

My Box with dt 2.2.5 (no opencl available):
[dev] took 1,164 secs (0,247 CPU) to load the image.
