Okay, I thought that was the same thing. It's not in the DT list of
styles anymore, so I assumed it was deleted from the database entirely.
To me that is not a problem. I'm glad they are removed from the list so
I don't have to scroll so much :).

What your screenshot shows is the deletion of the row containing id,
name, and description from the table styles. This is exactly what
I've written in my first mail.
Using a GUI tool to do what you can do in `sqlite3` does not change
anything.
It does not delete style information (what tools are used with what
parameters) from the database.
I assume “works for me” means that you do not see the style in DT's
menu anymore. Yep, you don't see it. But you have not deleted the
information that constitutes the style.
