don't worry about this as it only affects the test compilation of the
OpenCL programs.  The OpenCL stuff will still work fine from within
darktable, assuming a compatible graphics card.

You will need to build this yourself (the Debian libavifile package is
something different altogether - it deals with audio files).  See:

https://github.com/AOMediaCodec/libavif

it takes a bit of effort, and you should ask whether indeed you need it.
