I'm using tagging presets, not styles. So the mode for styles doesn't apply. I tested just to be sure.

Thanks!

Have you checked that the mode for applying styles is set to "append"? (https://docs.darktable.org/usermanual/3.6/module-reference/utility-modules/lighttable/styles/ <https://docs.darktable.org/usermanual/3.6/module-reference/utility-modules/lighttable/styles/>)

    Hey all,

I just updated to 3.6 a few days ago. Today I finally was trying my
normal tagging workflow in the new version. I use different
    presets to
add multiple sets of tags to my photos. So, a picture of white
    daisies
would get my preset for white flowers, and my preset for daisies.

Unfortunately, it seems like presets now remove any tags not
    present in
the preset. Instead of just adding the tags in the preset to the tags
    already present on the photo.

Is that the expected behavior in 3.6?

Is there a way to change that behavior?

This is on Linux (Pop OS 20.04), and I've compiled darktable from the
    release-3.6.0 tag.

    Thanks!
