Hi all, I recently edited and sent my family some photos. Two different
fanmily members (live separately, different computers, etc) have now told
me that they can't print the pictures. They're using both Win7, and can
view the images fine, but when they go to print, they tell me that the
'preview' window on the print menu shows up for a second and then goes
blank.

Initially I thought this might have been a memory-related problem for them
as I sent full-res 18MP jpg files, so I sent over a couple of 1600x1200
samples for them to try, and they got
the same thing. Now I wonder if it isn't a profile issue. I exported the
images with sRGB and Perceptual profiles and windows having a problem
reading them. I just tried printing one myself (from Ubuntu) and it worked
just fine.

Any thoughts or ideas? Has anyone seen this before?

Thanks,
Colin
