The automatically applied presets are listed in the preferences window:

The most specific match to your camera-setup will be applied.

You can also see if (and in this case, which) preset ist currently
applied, it is highlighted bold.

You can not change the internal presets but you may create a derived one
with more specific auto-apply-parameters, it will override the internal
presets because of the "closest match" precedence rule.
