Look into the manual about the module ordering.

you have the list of all modules which are applied from bottom to top.

As I said Lightroom does apply "some" sharpening during the initial RAW
processing.

Right, some sharpening can be applied for printing. Lr does that. At the
moment dt does not have a print module.
